Reposé Bakery’s viennoiserie program focuses on slow fermentation, careful lamination, and seasonal flavor development.

Each pastry is prepared in limited quantities and changes regularly with the season.

    Soft laminated brioche pastry finished with cardamom sugar and warm spice notes inspired by Scandinavian baking traditions.
